All sessions cost 90 euros per hour.

I am registered as a SKJ (stichting kwaliteitsregister jeugd) professional with register number 120009627.I am a member of the professional associations VIT and RBCZ. I work as a 'onderaannemer' for two collegues in Zaanstad, Carolien's Kindertherapie en Kinder- en Jeugdtherapie Nancy. This makes it possible to request for payment by the gemeente Zaanstad.

I hope you feel free to come to me when you have questions or complaints and together we can try to answer and solve them. When you still don’t feel heard, you can turn to SCAG, a disputes committee. My licencenumber there is 12935.

IQ-test WISC-V-NL: The costs for intake, test (about 2,5 hours), report and advisory meeting are 500 euros in total (including BTW). This is sadly not covered by insurance.

Reporting: For the writing of a report I ask 90 euros. A report can be useful for school or court.

Treatment agreement: For therapy with a child I need permission of both parents with custody over the child younger than 16. This permission can be given by signing an agreement.
